Delivered an ESD Retrofit Strategies Report for an 18-year-old Class 9b building, collaborating with SBE and Melbourne High Shchool stakeholders to develop cost-effective and environmentally friendly recommendations, supporting decision making for building upgrades.

Directed a cross-functional team of 8 to deliver a $338K+ project within a 12-month schedule. Retrofitted “Youth Soul Lab”, a 1,810 m² heritage site, by integrating passive design, material reuse, and community engagement, achieved a ~15% reduction in material and waste costs.

Managed retrofit projects at an environmental planning and design consultancy, driving innovation in sustainable strategies. Established a space, “Net Zero House Hub – IMMA“, transforming an existing building into a community space guided by circular economy principles. Led a four-month crowdfunding campaign that exceeded its target by approximately 40%, enabling more than 350 hours of community services.
